Bible Text: 2 Samuel 11:1-27 | Preacher: Adam Houser | Series: Snakes and Ladders | Lust is the vice of craving or desiring for the pleasures of the body; most often sexual.  Lust promises the good feelings of delight and pleasure, yet it is not fulfilling.  Lust is one-sided love in that the person who is lusting after another only considers the other for how they can satisfy their own desire; they are not seeing the person as the beloved child of God that every person is.
