Wrath: I’m So Angry I Could…
Bible Text: Mark 15:15-32 | Preacher: Adam Houser | Series: Snakes and Ladders | The vice of wrath is anger taken to an extreme degree. It is disoriented love, because it is not love at all. Wrath takes anger, a feeling of displeasure in response to an assumed injury, and puts it into action. The religious leaders, and the Romans, assumed an injury from Jesus and exacted their wrath against him. When we are hurt or offended we have the choice to respond with wrath or with love.
